性交蠕动方法
对过去流传的“九浅一深等性交运动方法稍加科学的总结和整理，可以把性交运动分成七大类幛帼幕币，幕帻幔荫即前后运动、上下运动、压迫运动、混合运动、阴道收缩支行和阴蒂刺激运动。如果把这些男性运动、女性运动、男女协同运动有机地结合起来，会产生更微妙的性交运动。
前后运动

是女性上位，前坐位或屈曲位等典型的运动技巧，实际上是一种前后运动的变化形式。众所周知，女性难以像男性那样灵活自如地做这种上下运动，这是因为男性勃起的阴茎与体轴垂直，而女性的阴道大致与体轴平等的缘故。从而，女性做上下运动的时候，不要过于激烈，缓慢运动十分重要。
回转运动
是一种阴茎插入阴道后，用腰部画圆的技巧，最适合于女性下位的运动。做回转运动时，两人紧贴在一起，这有助于阴茎根部刺激阴道口。
压迫运动
是一种阴茎插入之后，紧密结合两人性器官的技巧，通过紧密相贴的压迫运动，使女性阴蒂和子宫阴道部受到强烈刺激，男性可以体会到阴道口收缩的乐趣，也可利用压迫运动作为性交过程中的暂短休息或者防止男性射精的技巧。
混合运动
是一种多样化运动技巧，取得女性的合作是混合运动重要的先决条件，不然，就无法实现丰富多采的性生活。
阴道收缩运动
是一种收缩阴口部肌群，提高性感的技巧。通过训练，阴道可缩的很紧，最简单的方法是收缩肛门的练习。阴道括约肌和肛门括约肌由同一神经支配。所以，一收缩肛门括约肌，阴道括约肌必然伴随收缩。增强和缩力的练习，绝不单是讨男性的欢喜，通过收缩阴道口提高对刺激的反应敏感性，有助于加强女性本身的性感。
最重要的阴蒂刺激运动
前面已经介绍了六种性交技巧，而对女性来说重要的即本节所介绍的阴蒂刺激技巧。无论做哪一种性交运动，如果阴蒂没有直接或者间接的受到刺激，女性就不容易达到性高潮，这一点男性必须懂得。因此，根据不同的体位，男性在进行性交运动的同时，很有必要用手指等爱抚阴蒂。
